Research has shown that using iPads to supplement speech-language therapy improves therapeutic effectiveness. iPads are highly motivating items that would provide my students with access to engaging apps that target articulation, language, voice, and fluency skills. Using the iPad would also increase time efficiency during therapy sessions and allow for more streamlined data collection to track student progress. Help my students achieve their highest potential through highly motivating and effective therapy! Students are motivated to work their hardest when therapeutic activities are engaging and fun. Using an iPad in therapy would give my students access to a wide variety of stimulating activities that target areas of need.
