The students we serve daily are from ESL (English as a Second Language) poverty level background. Over 93% are on free or reduced lunch. When I think about meeting their needs - I want it to be personal. I want them to learn using all of their senses and really "Take in" the Kindergarten experience. Unfortunately, our budget does not allow for such "perks" as playdough or Legos., lined paper, or magnet letters. We make do with what we have. However, learning can be so much more!

About my class
