Currently my classroom only has 5 student desktop computers and I've been able to check out 4 laptops from our media center as well. With the addition of 10 Chromebook laptops, this will give our entire class access to technology at once! These Chromebooks would allow all of my students to have access to technology at once, without having to wait their turn for a computer to become available. I am in the process of completing my Google Classroom certification and am already excited to bring Google classroom project-based lessons to my entire class. My students are also learning to code and the addition of Chromebooks would make more opportunities available to my students to practice coding. Furthermore my students are already engaged with online reading and math programs on a daily basis in our classroom.
