As an educator, I'm always looking for new ways to better meet my middle school students' learning needs and giving them agency over their own learning. Moreover, I have students who have special needs who require progress monitoring in order to make sure they're moving towards their goals. With Pear Deck Individual Premium helps me design lessons that provide social-emotional check-ins, poll student responses, and create accessibility for students to type or draw their responses to various prompts and questions. With Pear Deck, I can capture students' progress and assess their understanding of a topic in real-time. This is a tool that not only will benefit them during remote learning but also for the long term as our schools continue integrating more instructional technology for each classroom.
