Flexible seating allows students to take charge of their learning. Flexible seating also allows students to find the most comfortable area to learn in. Comfortable students are productive, focused, and productive. My goal is for my classroom to be a second home for my students. My classroom provides the safety and stability that most of my children do not receive outside of school. Flexible seating will enhance the fun and safe learning environment that I strive to create for my students each day. The products that I have selected will allow my students to work collaboratively as well as independently. The tables will allow my students to work in small groups during centers and the wobble stools will help my active students get their wiggles out. Giving students a choice in the classroom empowers them, helps them to become responsible, and it also helps them to make better choices in the classroom.
