I teach English II Honors and English Composition, and I strive to maintain a classroom that is comfortable and facilitates discussion, cooperation, and collaboration. I love trying new ideas with my students, and I aim to prepare my students for the real world using interactive lessons and technology. Above all else, I think students are the real experts on how they learn--and I involve them often in making decisions about our classroom so that they feel ownership of their learning environment. All in all, our environment that we create together is nothing short of magical.
