My students come from a 94% free and reduced lunch demographic. They come to school to feel safe in a time where safety is much needed in our society. My students trust in me to provide a caring and comforting place for them to strive and succeed. I want to help my students grow socially, academically and emotionally. My students thrive for the opportunity to show their true abilities and true strengths, but they still need help doing so. They cannot do it on their own. My students are ready to learn and share their thoughts, they just need more people who will listen.
