As the world advances we have begun to realize that we have to equip our future generations with the knowledge of technology. Technology is the future for all career paths. I am a fouth-grade science teacher at a title one school here in Georgetown. I have 28 students in each of my three class and only two Chromebooks for students. We try to partner work and sometimes it works and other times it would be great for the students to have his/her own computer. We would like to have these chromebooks in order to work through virtual dissections and scientific research. Honestly, the options are endless with what they could do with these Chromebooks! By donating to our project, you will be providing students with a way to advance their knowledge in technology. The potential that these Chromebooks would bring the 80 students I have is endless. With 80 students one could be a future doctor, lawyer or even teacher. We must begin to prepare these students for the bright future they have ahead of them.
