We need an Aromatherapy kit, a lamp, salt lamp, a mindfulness game, and stretch and pull balls will provide a comfortable space and opportunities to develop coping skills through some of the fidgets and coping games. These materials will make the counseling office brighter with colors and light and more comfortable with calming essential oils and a salt lamp. Our counseling bulletin boards can display positive messages for all students. We can display college ready information to help prepare our students from 9th grade and beyond to be college and career ready. The fidgets requested will help our students feel comfortable as they share important information with us, and lastly the Mindfulness game will teach our students great lessons as we run group therapy. Plus, students love games, so they will be learning while they have fun!
