Hello, and thank you for checking out my project(s)! I am the school social worker at Harrison Park Elementary School, which is a school in the Grand Rapids Public District. As an inner-city school, my students face certain obstacles that affect their education, health, and well-being. Most of my students have experienced some type of trauma in their young lives, and need help feeling safe at school. Most of my projects are focused on addressing basic needs and helping our school be a trauma-informed institution that focuses on our kids' needs first and foremost.
