“Teaching life lessons through sports” Soccer goals can be used for many different activities and we will be teaching how defend an area and how to attack and area. Disc Goal can be played anywhere indoors or out. Lots of kids involved to play. Keeping many kids playing at once. We will be developing teamwork and strategies. As we teach these strategies we will explain how they might work in real life situations. We want to provide as many new Fitness and health related resources possible. And since we have the same kids for 3 years (middle school) lots of time to see them improve.
