We are in a small agriculture community in Northern California and my school site is considered the "country school". It is a Title 1 site where every child receives free or reduced price lunch and almost half the student population are English Learners. My students struggle with technology in the math classroom setting due to the simple lack of exposure to technology in general. My goal is to provide the skills and resources they NEED to be successful this year, in school and in the real world. My main focus this year is to incorporate technology in my 6th, 7th and 8th Grade Math classes and will need as much financial support as possible. Currently my math students do not have access to any device to experience math class in the 21st Century.
