We are a comprehensive strength & conditioning program that caters to students & student-athletes alike. We have over 300 students & student-athletes that walk through our weight room doors on a weekly basis. Our students are extremely hardworking and have allow our school to be recognized by district leaders and the national high school strength & conditioning organization. They come from all walks of life, races, economic backgrounds, academic disciplines. We strive to be uncommon in every thing we do, always doing what's right, even when no one is watching. It is my personal belief that the students enrolled within our strength & conditioning program are the shinning stars within our school population and are leaders in the classroom, in the community, and on the field/court of play. Thank you for your consideration in helping us reach our goals.
