My 5th graders are super excited about our flexible seating. They get to choose their seat every day. This helps them to be comfortable so that learning is a focus. When they are relaxed and physically comfortable, they can concentrate. They get to stretch their growing legs and move about to different spots. We get into different groups throughout the day to learn different subjects. Having a choice of seating and standing places improves their motivation. This also allows them to get into different learning teams. I have a good start with my money and donations. A few more options would be so appropriated by my kids.
