We are looking to make outreach kits for the children/families in our community. We want our families to have materials to work with their child at home. We want what is taught at school to transfer to the home environment. We want to make ourselves known within the community as a reliable and trusted resource for children and families. We want to be able to educate parents about child development and how they can use materials with their children at home. Most of our children have impulse control issues, sensory needs and difficulty with fine motor. Parents need resources such as fidgets, play-doh, and toothbrushes just to give them the realization that it doesn't take therapy, or expensive equipment to have positive results.

About my class
