Every Thursday during social skills class we have an art therapy class. The students look forward to it every week. My students love art and it is so important for them and such a good outlet for their emotions and sensory issues. We have made glitter jars, marveling paper, and tic tac toe boards in the previous school weeks. I and the other Autism teacher have been buying all the supplies with our own money. Anything that you can donate will help so much and the students will be so excited :) Hopefully the projects coming soon will be: mosaics, canvas art, clay sculptures, sock animals, etc.. thanks for checking out our page.
