The last 18 months have been tough for students, teachers, and families. As we work together as a staff, we will help students know what it feels like to be successful again. The first step in creating a growth mindset in our school is to work with and support teachers in their own mindset. We want our students to be resilient, successful and prosperous. Working as a unified staff and breaking down the idea of growth mindset is the first step. From the professional development the staff will participate in, they will learn more about themselves ad then ways to help students develop their own growth mindset. Much like a sunflower, we will plant the seed with PD, water with teaching our students and then watch them bloom high in the sky.
