My students need additional Chromebooks and mice. I only have a few Chromebooks, but only because other teachers in the school were nice enough to give one of theirs to my class. My students in my class would be using several different programs on the Chromebooks like Zearn, Raz Kids, Flocabulary, and Scootpad. Using this programs with mice will help students improve their computer skills so that they will be prepared to take our state assessments at the middle and end of the year.
My students are very excited about using the Samsung Chromebooks for their literacy and math centers. The programs that the students will be using will help students not only with their computer skills, but with their reading and math skills. These centers are done daily so we can improve their literacy skills so that they can read fluently by third grade.
