The use of visuals is almost a daily activity in my classroom, especially in math. Students have a hard time conceptualizing the tougher topics, and algebra tiles and view-thru geometric solids allow them to play around with these concepts and explore for themselves. It helps to make more sense of the less tangible subjects, like quadratics. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement. I have seen how these manipulatives can positively affect my students work and demeanor and hope that the donation will help us grow even more!
