Francis Lewis’s Culinary Arts program is a four-year CTE-approved program that trains and empowers students through food in the classroom and beyond. In our Culinary Arts classroom, students will learn the theory, practice, culinary hospitality, business entrepreneurship, and science of cooking. Through experiential learning in our state-of-the-art Culinary Kitchen/labs, our students will gain hands-on culinary skills needed to empower them to cultivate and become masters at home and in professional kitchens worldwide. Francis Lewis’s Culinary Arts program goal for our students is to make a lasting impact on each student's life, contribute to their individual growth, and give them hope for the future within the sustainable culinary career sector.
