This year, we are offering students a virtual learning option due to the covid pandemic. Elementary students in particular have a difficult time completing their assignments, due to the fact most are used to having paper and pencil with them. Last year, during virtual learning, students would have a difficult time writing online their assignments with the computer mouse or trackpad on their chromebooks. Especially, for math instruction, where students have to practice computations it become frustrating for them because they were not able to annotate on the docs online as if on paper. These tablets will assist in providing my students the simplicity of completing their assignments online, lessening the frustration for both students and parents and will help enhance and improve the quality of virtual learning even through the pandemic.
