I have a small group of students who are struggling with reading despite their hard work and effort. My stronger readers are very helpful and accommodating to them but I am trying to foster confidence and independence in all of my students. This has lead me to research reading disabilities and start a quest to find tools and techniques to help my students overcome some of their struggles.
