I am the lucky teacher of 27 incredible students ranging in age from 4 to 6. Many of them have never attended any school setting before so this is their very first experience in education. They are students at a very dedicated and thriving school nestled within beautiful forestry on top of a mountain in Kentucky. As a first year teacher, I feel as if I was blessed with the most kind and loving children I have ever known. They are sincere and have an adoration for learning that I have never personally witnessed before. Within a matter of weeks, they have each stolen a piece of my heart and have very deeply motivated me to go the extra mile to provide them with every resource and opportunity they need to succeed during their education. These children deserve the best and I will not subside until I provide them with it.
