I run the 3D studio classroom at Taylor High School in Alief ISD. My students are 9-12 graders enrolled in sculpture I & II, ceramics I, II, & III, Pre-AP sculpture, Pre-AP ceramics, and AP 3D design portfolio. With our school being a Title I school my goal for my students is to learn about 3D fine art in away that eliminates the financial burden that comes with being a 3D artist. I want my students to fall in love with creation, design, and find pride in what they create. My hope for my students is that they learn skills in my class that transfers into their everyday lives and that at least a few go on to chase a career in the Arts.
