In kindergarten, we have a lot of small group teaching which is great! The problem is we need students to be at the small group table for 20-30 minutes at a time. That is a long time for a kindergartener to sit still! That is where the wobble seats come in. My kids will be able to wiggle and move while participating in reading, writing, or math small groups. This will help them focus better which will help their learning! I also asked for some additional chairs to use as a seating choice during whole group time. Students will be able to choose either one of the extra seats or they may take one from the small group table.
