In the classroom it can be difficult for teachers to incorporate tangible items to help understand concepts. With the story manipulative's from Lakeshore I will be able to help them by not only reading a story but having them sequence items in the story, describe the items in detail, give support to those who struggle when only listening to stories. Our classrooms are packed with extreme standards and not enough time to teach them to all our students. In my therapy I can help my students be successful by providing visual and tactile supports to feel successful. The letter tubs are great for articulation, phonological awareness and sequencing.
