I have students who work their hardest, try their best, and never give up. Curious, eager, enthusiastic, determined, excited, engaged, problem solving, and questioning are some words to describe my students. I believe in setting high standards and high expectations, then supporting success with encouragement, assistance, guidance, and comprehensive while differentiated instruction. Students will rise to the occasion. I strongly believe that the more rapport a teacher builds with students and the more effort a teacher contributes into cultivating a relationship, the more positive the culture, climate, and environment that will exist within the classroom!
