As a new high school math teacher in a growing district, these materials provide motivation, language development and technology tools for the teaching and learning of mathematics. Standard calculators for all students will be used daily in classroom learning activities. The posters and books provide visual motivation and inspiration. I teach 9th grade Algebra and want to provide a vibrant and modern classroom that gives them a strong foundation for their future education and prepares them for the 21st Century of Work. Standard calculators enable all students to equitably access the technology and allow for effective learning. Thanks you for your help!
