The Staples copy paper we are requesting will help the students get the Capstone Project done more efficiently because copy paper is allocated to our school at a limited amount which does not encompass the amount of paper that will be needed for their portfolio completion. The Staples sheet protectors will provide protection for their documents which will be useful to the student for years to come. They will also assist with the organization of the information. The Staples flash drives will be allocated to each teacher to electronically save the classes' information for the presentations. Also, the teachers will have access to the information on the flash drives that the students have collected for review prior to presentations. This will ensure students have high-quality documents for the presentations and also be stored for later grading. The Capstone Project will serve as a major milestone our students' journey toward their career pathway. The ability to have the needed items without having to purchase them will create an equitable environment for our students. They'll be able to focus more on creating a high quality presentation and career portfolio.
