I want to provide my students with a Scholastic StoryWorks Magazine subscription. I received a sample in the mail and there are such a variety of literature stories and nonfiction articles for the students to enjoy and learn from. When you purchase a subscription to the magazine it also come with an online component with quizzes, activities, differentiation, teacher guides, reinforcement activities, and much more. I think Scholastic StoryWorks Magazine will become a great recourse that my students will love to use. When I received this sample I was amazed with all the great reading resources they could have at their fingertips. I have a joy of reading and I am always looking for ways to encourage a love of reading in my students. I think this could be a fun and interactive way to teach reading skills in my classroom.
