My Kindergarten and First grade students will have the materials necessary for a complete and exciting learning experience . They will use the flexible seating to discuss their observations including "noticing" and "wondering" with peers. Believe me, my students LOVE to discuss what they notice and wonder about everything. Along with building background knowledge iwith word and vocabulary study, they will also use the lmagnetic letters and activities to enhance vocabulary and language skills. Students will build and write words in math and language arts. We will also observe the importance vocabulary terms such as"compose" and "decompose" are as students will be exposed to these vocabulary terms well into higher education. Using these materials, the students will use their discoveries to create meaningful connections across the curriculum!
