Bakersville School is one of 14 Elementary schools in the Manchester Public School District. Bakersville is in the middle of the city surrounded by busy streets, public parks and locally owned businesses. Bring part of a refugee city, Bakersville is also surrounded by government funded housing, most of which our students live in. There are over 20 languages represented at BKV. Here at Bakersville, we strive to educate students from around the world and across the street, working together to celebrate and nurture each child's unique potential. This is my second year in third grade, and I couldn't be more in love with the curriculum, staff and students here at Bakersville. We correspond and work so well with each other. I always have the student's best interest at heart. I believe in creating daily opportunities for my students to help them be successful both inside and outside of the classroom.
