These supplies will help students be more flexible about where they can work in the classroom. The carpet will allow students to sit on the floor instead of the tile floor since we often run out of carpet room. It is also a planet carpet which is related to something we learn about in 4th grade! We start off our mornings with a morning meeting, and sometimes students are stuck sitting on the tile floor since we have limited carpet. The floor seats will allow students to sit comfortably at the floor tables. We are also a personalized learning school which often means students are working in small groups getting different tasks done, and they love sitting around the classroom to get their work done. The headphones will help students who do not have headphones for their school technology.
