Our daily goal in Special Education is "Individualized" instruction and goal meeting. Finding cost-effective durable dividers for the student goal binders is very difficult. These goal binders have a lot of use and are touched daily as students revisit and track their goals in a kid-friendly way. It is a joy to have a variety of incentives to motivate and encourage students toward mastery of their goals. It's amazing that even the smallest of prizes brings a smile to the face and motivation toward the task. Providing quality prize items throughout the year can be very costly for a teacher.
