Every day my students become explorers. I try my best to bring the world to their classroom and have them dive in head first with hands on learning. Our school has a diverse population but this has only made us grow closer to one another by being able to interact with different cultures daily. In our classroom, the students will always be safe. I keep granola bars in my desk for those students who don't have lunch. I take walks with students who need a breather because they are angry or overwhelmed. I keep track of my students from previous years to make sure they are keeping up with their work and becoming outstanding young men and women. My students mean the world to me so I am bringing the world to them. Whatever their dreams are, it's my job to help them make it a reality, and I have the best job in the world.
