I am asking for an air conditioner to alleviate the extreme temperatures and humidity that we experience in our classroom. My children become off task, flustered, and red in the face when the temperature rises above 75 degrees. Our building does not have any type of air conditioning, or air purifying systems. Many of my children have health issues that this project could help reduce. Through your generosity, this project will impact my current and future students for years to come. How can children learn when their classroom is oppressively hot. This can be FIRST thing in the morning, and all year round.
