My students come to school each day excited and ready to learn. These students are active kids who enjoy moving around and having various seating options. Having flexible seating will allow for my students to select where they want to learn in the classroom. Instead of being stuck in a hard desk, students will have the choice to sit around the room with a lap desk or on stability balls. Studies show that appropriate learning environments can have a direct impact on student learning. This project will help my students stay actively engaged in the learning experience throughout their school day.
