We are a small rural school in west Texas. The district is chapter 41 but over 60% of the students and families are economically disadvantaged. The median income for a household in the town was $19,583. This is the first year of this program and the first time in four years there has been any Career and Technical classes taught in our district. The supplies and equipment are basically nonexistent.
