My students have a dynamic set of sensory needs. They need adapted physical education and sensory equipment to get them up and moving. The opportunity to have a variety of items will allow them to push, pull, climb, scoot, throw and catch various items. Additionally, these items will teach important social skills like turn taking and communication. They recently had an opportunity to participate in an activity using scooter boards and they LOVED it! We were able to see so much from them & it was amazing. This project will allow us to gain even more of these experiences on a regular basis.
