Learning Centers are a huge part of our kindergarten day. Right now, our classroom has enough materials for about three centers. With your help, I would like to increase that number to ten centers. The centers I would like to add are the following: sensory table, science, puzzles, blocks, art, play dough, and dramatic play. The sensory table will be filled with kinetic sand and the students will be able to explore with sand tools. The dramatic play area will definitely spark students' imaginations. They will be able to clean, prepare food, wash laundry, and take care of the pet puppy. Students this age really struggle with their fine motor skills, so the art and play dough centers will definitely enhance those skills. By donating to our project, you will not only help to extend my students' learning through play, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement. At the moment, the students don't have any of these materials to explore in our classroom. I truly need your support to make this vision a reality. Thanks!
