While students have internet access and devices, having a keyboard will allow them to access the materials easier. For example, students will not be able to access the drop/drag functions needed for interventions and assessments without a keyboard. In addition, learning how to navigate using a keyboard will be essential to preparing students to be college and career ready EVEN as early as Pre-K! 90% or more of our students are economically disadvantaged and providing this resource will make the world of difference for them, their parents, and our teachers!
