Student thrive on technology. Having the Amazon Fire tablets in class will help motivate the students to read more in class. They will be able to work on Spelling, grammar, and take comprehension tests for in class books read. independently at their own pace. I will have the students use the Amazon Fire tablet during math as well. The students we be able to log on to math websites and help cement the concepts taught in class. I will use them as a reward for students who show growth throughout the year. The A-Z books are great stories for the kids to read in small groups and in paired reading.
