At our elementary school, we have a large group of 5th graders that are like any other typical 10-year-olds. Many hate to read and all of them hate to read boring books. Making reading as enjoyable as possible is a task all teachers must face in today's world and finding great, quality books is a fantastic way to solve that problem. The students at my school beg for books to read other than the boring reading book that is assigned by our public school district. I can't blame them.
