With an iPad, my students will gain access to applications that will increase their understanding of our science content. An iPad will motivate learning on the highest level imaginable. It is a highly effective learning tool with a wide variety of apps. The iPad accommodates to all learning styles of students and to their specific level. The class can use the iPad for podcasting and vidcasting. They will be able to take pictures of their science experiments and post them on the classroom website, which gives the students a since of ownership and pride in their work. Students can read books I have bought on the Kindle app and can read textbooks from different states. It will prepare them for a future filled with technology. I am certain that the use of an iPad in the classroom will motivate my students and make science meaningful. Your donations will allow me to address my students specific needs and better communicate with parents during the school year and in conferences.
