Welcome to our Brain Break! We all need help managing our emotions, especially when we are younger. Our Classroom Brain Break Kits will provide tangible tools and instructions for elementary students to use whenever they feel out of control or need a break to calm themselves. Each kit will come equipped with pictures, instruction cards and 5 different ways a child can calm down and think about their actions and behaviors. The goal is to reduce time off task for the student and teacher!
