Having these materials will support my children in engaging in Baby Doll Circle Time. This program strengthens attachment, attunement and social play. Developed by Dr. Becky Bailey, this curriculum helps children learn social and emotional skills along with the Conscious Discipline program we use. Research shows that when children feel safe and connected to their classmates and teachers, they are more likely to learn. Doing playful activities with baby dolls that reflect my students ethnicities will help my students feel safe, connected, and happy at school so they can focus on academics. It will reduce behavior problems and help all children to find success in my classroom.
