Kindergartners need to get their hands on things. During a normal school year, I provide many hands-on activities for my Kindergarten students. These include many manipulatives and art supplies. This year has been and will continue to be a challenge. Students can't share supplies without having to be sanitized between every use. It makes it very difficult for students to be able to navigate learning centers and enjoy hands-on activities. I need more supplies and storage items to provide students with individualized items. I have many manipulatives in my classroom. I can create individualized storage containers. This will allow all students to participate and enjoy the hands-on learning experience needed at this age.
