By using the Osmo program through iPads, my students will be able to build words, work with basic number sense, and create projects using spatial recognition. Students will have technology at their fingertips. The Osmo program is fun, inviting, and engaging for young learners. My students will be eager to "play" the games while, most importantly, putting the concepts taught in class into action! These activities can be used in whole group, small group, or individual learning. Each student can save their progress throughout the year and see their growth! The iPads offer more opportunities for learning past the Osmo learning system. Students will be able to use the iPads for activities such as, but not limited to, listening stations, educational apps, safe internet exploration.
