Anyone who has experience with young children knows about that question: But why ____? How come ____? How does it ____? Where do they ____? Can it ____? Their curiosity knows no bounds and their questions can be relentless in their zest to seek out the hows, wheres, and whys. These nonfiction and science leveled readers are the perfect solution that will allow my kindergarteners to quench their thirst for answers. I will be able to teach sight words explicitly using magnet letters during our sight word routine and then my students will practice reading those same words when they read these awesome books.
