The human body is a wonderful thing. Students dive deep into life science and truly look forward to dissections to make the connections necessary for memorable lab experience. The eyeball dissection is the most-inquiry based experience in a student's career! Do you remember your dissection experience? I bet you do! Our students always remember this experience and come back year after year talking about it. The students learn through hands-on experience. They are able to combine all of their knowledge on the body systems unit and see it first hand with their eyeball! This dissection is the reason some students go into the medical field and fall in love with science. It is the reason students are knowledgeable about their own eyes and bodies. This dissection is the reason some students come to school. Please help us make our science lab more hands-on and fun with actual eyeballs for each student to dissect.
